Having gained cult status as the hardest sportive in Yorkshire and one of the hardest in the UK, Struggle Moors invites ambitious road cyclists to a taster of the iconic ascents of the North York Moors National Park with a new 150km version of the gruelling 180km sportive.
The 150km route will still feature the iconic Yorkshire Moors climbs including Glaisdale Horror and Rosedale Chimney, allowing all participants to tick off these bucket-list ascents. With a demanding 30km segment removed, 150km sportive riders can hit the headline hills with more fight in their legs.

150km Route in a Nutshell
After the rolling road to the second feed station, riders will part ways with the 180km riders. Laying ahead is the infamous Glaisdale Horror and Rosedale Chimney. Riders will conquer these bucket-list ascents before catching their breath through the flat country lanes and the picturesque North York Moors villages.
With nothing too horrific left ahead, the next strenuous task will be lifting a well-deserved beer as a Struggle Moors finisher.
Struggle Moors 150km route is ideal for ambitious riders who can then go on to tackle the 180km route the following year.
Struggle Moors opens for entries on Friday 01 February 2019 for pre-registered riders.
