Evoke bike & hike 2025

Date: 9th October 2025 from 9:30pm-4pm

Location: Bowcliffe Hall, Bramham, Wetherby, Leeds, LS23 6LP

Escape the office and help us raise much-needed funds for MND Association at our  Evoke bike & hike. From the stunning grounds of Bowcliffe Hall, we’ll escape into the nearby Yorkshire countryside by bike and by boot.  The event is open to everyone of all abilities; there’s routes for all.

Use your volunteering day to take part! Don't forget, at evoke we offer all colleagues a day's volunteering leave to support charities and good causes in their communities, including events like this one.

Routes

Our routes cater for varying abilities. We'll have road cycling rides of:

Short Ride: 20 miles (beginner cyclists)

Medium Ride: 30 miles (intermediate cyclists)

Long Ride: 40 miles (advanced cyclists) 

Hike: 10km

Bike & Hike Guides

We'll bike and hike in different ability groups, accompanied by an expert guide from Struggle Events, who will support us along the way to direct the route and provide advice and support throughout. 

Bike Support

We'll be supported by the passionate team at Struggle Events who are experts in supporting cycling events for all abilities.

The Struggle support car will be roving throughout, should you need any assistance while out on your bike. Their expert mechanic will also be roving on the route but will also be at the start to provide pre-ride bike checks.
