"Everything ran smoothly, and the feed stations were the best I've come across. A large range of drinks/snacks and sports nutrition, and pork pies when you're about to OD on sugary treats.
The route is definitely as advertised - a stunning route with iconic climbs and plenty of other climbs to make sure you never get too complacent. Not sure what more you could ask for.
The photographer did a great job, taking better photos than the ones organisers usually try to charge you exuberant amounts for, and they were free for download. Top marks!" - Nicholas Pacewicz
"Struggle Dales and now Struggle Moors - ticked-off... and what an adventure!!!
A massive amount of effort from the Struggle Team. Very Well organised; Fantastic Route Planning. Brilliant Team; everyone involved commands respect - Feed Teams were Brilliant...as were the pork-pies! Being a healthcare professional myself, love & respect to the on-hand NHS rapid-response team for being on location. Huge encouragement from staff cheering riders up hills...and a massive welcome from the team and the vendors at the finish line!!! On the back of that, an absolute joy to ride this route with like-minded, strong-willed, and friendly folk - each and every one, who completed the entire journey gets a huge amount of respect from me! Hahaha... #bringcourage?....YES!...do...you're in for an arduous day - the best!!!" - Stephen Robson
"Struggle Moor 2018 was brutal with the climbing and heat! It has that close knit group feel to the event you wouldn't normally get on a lot of sportive rides! Pushed me to my limits and I loved it for that very reason....can't recommended any event with this crew enough!!" - Phily Granger
