PRE-RIDE
Join us pre-ride for morning coffee, networking and to meet your fellow riders. Our expert mechanic will be on hand to assist with any minor mechanicals before you set out on the route.
Once you've signed on and collected your number we'll hold a safety briefing. We'll then set off in small groups, so that you can enjoy riding with other like-minded riders.
ABOUT THE ROUTES
The UKREiiF Sportif offers a 60km and 100km route option, making it an inclusive challenge for all abilities.
All riders will enjoy a gentle warm up before taking on the challenge climb over the Infamous Norwood Edge (as seen the the 2019 Women's World Road Championship). We'll stop to refuel not long after the top, where the 60km riders can then enjoy the roll back to the finish line.
100KM riders will head North to take on the tasty ascent of Hartwith Bank. The views from Brimham Rocks is worth the effort. It's then a rolling route back to the finish line.

FEED STOP
We'll stop en route to refuel at our very own Feed Station. We'll grab some snacks, fill our pockets with sports nutrition and refill our water bottles ready to take on the second half of the ride. Our team have tried and tested every bar and gel on the market, and believe we've found Maurten and Velofore are the best products to get your around the route in great shape.
MECHANICAL SUPPORT
Pre-ride bike checks will be available during the morning by our expert pro-level mechanic. We'll then be supported throughout the ride, ensuring no one suffers a mechanical failure and everyone completes the ride.
POST-RIDE
After crossing the finish line you can join us to refuel with gourmet burgers. Plus the bar will be open at Wetherby Rugby Club so we can all celebrate our achievements.
About Yorkshire Children's Charity
Yorkshire Children’s Charity are delighted to be the beneficiaries of the first UKREiiF Charity Cycle Ride. The property sector played an integral part in our fundraising last year through our 'The Yorkshires.' awards events, so we are really excited to be involved in this fringe event for the UKREiiF.
Yorkshire Children’s Charity support children and young people across Yorkshire living at a disadvantage, be that due to sickness, disability, or financial deprivation and it is only through the support and generosity of the Yorkshire community that we are able to make things better for our beneficiaries. Funds raised at this cycling sportive will go towards our next Great Yorkshire Build project, transforming the facilities of an SEND school, not only for its pupils now but for generations to come.
Our Sponsors
We'd like to say a huge thank you to our sponsors from the industry who have helped to make this event happen.
